Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only be considered if the client has decided to not the buy the property. However, there will be no refund of the token amount paid, client can consider that amount as a token amount for the next property purchase within a years time.
2. Warranty Issues
- For complaints regarding products / services under warranty from the vendors / manufacturers, please inform us with a proof of the issue face for the same. We will coordinate with the vendors / manufacturers for resolving the issue.
3. Refund Process
- No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges: A N Dezignz does not offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges for products once the purchase is complete.
- In case of any refunds approved by A N Dezignz, it will take 30 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account.
